TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 04.01.2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by Frame Mend, operated by Invabe LLC (“Frame Mend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

Business Name: Frame Mend

Legal Entity: Invabe LLC

Website: https://framemend.com

Email: connect@framemend.com

2. Services

Frame Mend provides construction, remodeling, handyman, installation, repair, decorative setup, signage installation, and related property improvement services for residential and commercial clients.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, scope confirmation, and written or electronic approval.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of preparation. Quotes may be revised if:

  • the actual scope of work changes;
  • hidden damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered;
  • the client requests additional work, materials, or visits;
  • site access, measurements, or project conditions differ from what was originally provided.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 7 calendar days.

4. Project Approval

A project is considered approved once the client:

  • signs a quotation, estimate, work order, or proposal;
  • approves the work by email, text message, or other written communication;
  • pays a deposit, service fee, or invoice;
  • authorizes us to begin work.

Any approved quote or project confirmation is binding.

5. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required before scheduling, ordering materials, or starting work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered, time is reserved, or work preparation has started;
  • final payment is due immediately upon completion of the work;
  • staged payments may apply for larger projects;
  • unpaid balances may result in project delays, suspension of work, or additional collection efforts.

We reserve the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue invoices to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Change Orders

Any work outside the original approved scope will be treated as additional work and may require a separate quote, revised timeline, and additional payment.

We are not obligated to perform extra work without approval.

7. Scheduling and Access

The client is responsible for providing safe, timely, and reasonable access to the property and work area.

If we cannot perform the work due to lack of access, delays by the client, unsafe conditions, missing approvals, utility issues, or other site-related problems, we may reschedule the job and charge for lost time, a return visit, or delay.

Estimated start dates and completion dates are good-faith estimates only and may change due to weather, supplier delays, labor availability, permitting, safety issues, or unforeseen conditions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • provide accurate project information;
  • remove or protect valuable, fragile, or sensitive items near the work area;
  • ensure the site is reasonably safe and accessible;
  • disclose known issues that may affect the project;
  • obtain approvals from landlords, HOAs, building management, or other third parties when required, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Materials

If Frame Mend purchases materials on behalf of the client, those costs will be added to the invoice unless already included in the quote.

If the client provides materials:

  • we are not responsible for delays caused by missing, incorrect, defective, or late materials;
  • we do not guarantee the quality, compatibility, or performance of customer-supplied materials;
  • additional labor charges may apply if replacement or adjustment is required.

10. Permits, Codes, and Inspections

Unless specifically stated in writing, the client is responsible for determining whether permits, inspections, approvals, or code-related requirements apply to the project.

If permit-related work is requested, additional fees, delays, and scope adjustments may apply.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee if a booked job is canceled on short notice or if our team arrives and cannot perform the work for reasons outside our control.

Short-notice cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated delays may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of future scheduling.

12. Limited Warranty

Frame Mend provides a limited workmanship warranty of 30 days from the date of completion, unless a different warranty period is stated in writing.

This limited warranty covers defects caused solely by our workmanship. It does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance;
  • customer-supplied materials;
  • structural issues, hidden conditions, water intrusion, movement, settling, or pre-existing defects;
  • damage caused by third parties, weather, accidents, pests, utilities, or acts of God;
  • cosmetic variations in texture, paint, stain, patching, or finish where exact matching is not reasonably possible.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is to inspect the issue and, if covered, repair the affected workmanship within a reasonable time.

13. No Guarantee of Exact Match

For repair, patching, painting, remodeling, decorative, and installation work, exact matching of existing colors, textures, finishes, materials, or older surfaces cannot be guaranteed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frame Mend and Invabe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profit, delay damages, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Property Conditions and Hidden Issues

We are not responsible for hidden conditions or pre-existing issues that are not visible or reasonably discoverable before work begins, including but not limited to mold, rot, corrosion, wiring issues, plumbing issues, structural damage, code violations, or concealed damage.

If such conditions are discovered, work may be paused and a revised quote may be issued.

16. Photos and Documentation

We may take photos or videos of the work area before, during, and after the project for documentation, quality control, insurance, training, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We will not publicly use identifying customer information without permission, except as required by law or necessary to protect our legal interests.

17. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, photos, and layout, is the property of Frame Mend or used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

18. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.

19. Payments and Chargebacks

By making a payment, the client confirms that the charge is authorized. Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks for approved, performed, scheduled, or materially delivered services.

If a chargeback is filed improperly, we reserve the right to provide supporting documentation and pursue collection of unpaid amounts.

20. Disputes

We aim to resolve issues in good faith and request that clients contact us first before filing a dispute, claim, or chargeback.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
